我看到一个很大的东西在旋转，一会儿往上，一会儿往下，是龙卷风，看到迈阿密那边的龙卷风，又看到台湾海峡的龙卷风，看到印尼的龙卷风，然后看到上下一体的龙卷风，世界上很多地方有，有一个共同特点即逆时针方向转，从很远的打下一个光束，是激光，比太阳还遥远的地方打过来发射过来只是一束光，到地球上后，变成了能量，变成台风、飓风或者成为热带风暴。最初只是一个能量。外太空打过来的。无意的，不是有意的。但那个图，曾经在内蒙古草原上打过，没有发现，后来在白俄罗斯打过，还是没有被发现。最后那图在英国出现， 在外太空的一束光线不小心打到地球上。外星人在探测星空距离的时候，等待光线反射回去，不小心打到地球上。为了辨别清楚这束光，做成逆时针的图案。1943年8月13日在英国出现过。1973年8月13日在同样的地方又出现一边，知道这个特异的图案是为了外星人他们自己辨别清楚。迈阿密和台湾海峡，维度是一样的，这样他们也可以推算地球的运转的速度。隔一阵会发射一次来测试一下。

      I saw something was rotating and sometimes it rotating upslope and sometime rotating down. That was tornado, they mainly appeared in Miami, Taiwan Strait and Indonesia. They appeared in many places in the world, but they are the same anticlockwise. That was beans of light, it came from far place farer than the Sun, the aliens sent anticlockwise light, they wanted to detect the distance between the stars. When the light reached the Earth, the energy came to the Earth, it became hurricane, typhoon or tropical storm. It was only light at very beginning. They did it unintentionally, however they did the Crop Circles intentionally. It appeared at Inner Mongolia steppe first, but nobody found it.  And then it appeared in The Republic of Belarus, nobody found it either. It appeared at United Kingdom on August 13^th, 1943, and it appeared again at the same place on August 13^th, 1973. In order to distinguish their own lights, they always use anticlockwise and use the same pattern as the picture.  Miami and Taiwan are at the same latitude. They also used the light to detect the running speed of the Earth.
