我看到一个飞碟一直在旋转，如果我们向天上看的话，那么这个飞碟是逆时针在转。这个飞碟先出现在喜马拉雅山上空，然后到了太平洋上空，然后穿过北美上空，到了大西洋上空，然后到了英国上空，那个外星人是地球的常客，因为他发现地球人用是一天24小时来计算，实际一天不是24小时，而是23小时58分59秒，差了一分一秒，所以他们每次来到地球的时候由于时间不对，把他搞得晕乎乎的。他想把地球转快一些而消除这个误差，他努力了一年没有成功，地球没有转得更快。他知道英国有一个格林威治天文台，所以他一直绕着格林威治天文台转，希望地球人把时间搞对，他提了一个方案，即把100年的时间差计在最外圈，然后记十年的误差，再计一年多误差，再计一个月30天的误差，再计一天的误差，100年的误差计在最外面，一天的误差记在最里面，然后在2000年0时0分的时候把这些误差清零，这样他下次再来时时间就对应上了。
所以我们从图案上看到，最外圈有一个差距，那个是100年的，第二个是十年的，以此类推。
